Children are usually fussy-eaters, which devoids them of the essential nutrients required for proper growth. At Innocent Times, one of the most significant changes seen by parents in their child is a dramatic change in eating habits. We provide children with carefully planned meals to meet their nutritional needs and develop a habit of eating a variety of food.
AGE APPROPRIATE MENU
The menu is planned by Dr Ankita Sanghavi to ensure that children get the required nutrition at different times of the day. The meals are prepared with healthy ingredients and with our special recipes to make delicious dishes, loved by children.
We have an in-house kitchen and expert chefs. The kitchen maintains high hygiene and cleanliness standards; all ingredients used are fresh and are properly washed before use.
HIGH ON NUTRITION
We carefully plan meals to meet the daily nutritional needs of children. Our menu includes diverse dishes with different vitamins, minerals, and protein.
We carefully serve food, noting the food sensitivities children have to certain foods if any. The food allergies are marked on the planning stage itself, ensuring safe eating for children.
FOOD WE AVOID
We don’t serve fried foods and foods with too much sugar. We aim to instil healthy eating habits and fondness for nutritious food in children.
Our food sessions don’t end in the kitchen, but we prepare children for table manners, self-eating, and more. Moreover, it is time for the class to unite and bond and form friendships.
