Shabnam Kazi

ACADEMIC COORDINATOR


She oversees the implementation and development of the school curriculum and teaching aids. She closely works with the administrative team, educational personnel, and marketing staff to ensure compliance with educational standards and student performance. She has been actively involved in evaluating new educational technologies and mentoring teaching staff. Her involvement in setting up the Early Intervention Centre (EIC) and working towards the inclusion of differently-abled children in mainstream education is appreciable. She is passionate about her work and a highly enthusiastic team member. Her passion does make a difference in the education field. She switched careers from the corporate sector, where she worked for more than 17 years in a managerial position and completed the Early Childhood Education program. She has been working with Innocent Times for the past five years. With her vast and diverse experience, she adds managerial skills, creative ideas, scientific temperament, and technological knowledge to the school. Dr Chanchal Agarwal

OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST


Dr Chanchal Agarwal holds a master's degree in Developmental Disabilities from Lokmanya Tilak Medical College, Mumbai. He has 10 years of experience working with children having Learning Disabilities, Autism, ADHD, Downs Syndrome, etc., and is also a Therapeutic Listening Programmer. He is currently working with Sahyadri Hospital and is a consultant Occupational Therapist with Surya Child and Mother Care, Wakad. He is the founder of the Nurturing Mind Clinic at Tingre Nagar and is currently researching the advantages of Virtual Reality in teaching children with developmental delays. He has guided a lot of schools and institutes with his knowledge and experience. Dr Chanchal Agarwal has been instrumental in setting up the Occupational Therapy Unit at the Early Intervention Centre (EIC) of our school. He is one of the panellists at our EIC centre and has been guiding us with his knowledge and expertise.
